Hi! There is absolutely an easier way than printing and then hand typing. For pulling recipes from CL's website or this board, you can use the import assistant in mastercook. This has been explained a couple of times on this board, so if you run a search, you will find directions on how to do this. Also, if you want to get all of the recipes for a given month, you can purchase and download the CookPac. Again, running a search will bring up several explanations of the CookPacs.

Here is a link from a MasterCook bulletin board moderator that gives instructions for using the import assistant in MasterCook: http://members.home.net/pam.e/UsingIA.htm

It is really easy! I hope you have fun with it.

My wife and I subscribe to Cooking Light and also frequent the CL website for recipes. We own the Sierra MasterCook software and would like to be able to download recipes and add recipes directly into the cookbook. At present, we have to print each recipe and then hand enter it into the software. Does anyone know of a method of downloading recipes in a format compatible with Sierra MasterCook?

Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.
