I downloaded mine last night, and was all excited....it's never happened before that I got my cookpac before the magazine, but something I noticed is that it said the JANUARY 2001 issue, not the January/February 2001 issue....could this mean we will get 12 issues this year? Oh, one can only hope...

Grace,

I wondered that, too. But if you open one of the recipes in MasterCook, it clearly says Jan/Feb 2001. Oh, well...

I just scrolled through all of the recipes and it looks like a great issue! Some yummy looking desserts, chinese recipes, etc. I also noticed that there are no more recipes than usual even though it is a two month issue.

For those of you who download the CookPacs for MasterCook, the January 2001 issue's recipes are ready to download!! I have posted the description below, it gives some recipes names. I can't wait to get my actual magazine!!

"From the basic goodness of fresh bread to rich and delicious treats like Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee and Butter Crunch Lemon Cheese Bars. But even beyond that, who could resist One-Pan Whiskey-Flavored Pork Chops? The temptation continues with recipes for wonderful Chinese dishes. The vegetarian recipes served up in this CookPac will inspire you to new heights. And finally a little reality check with some great recipes that take 30 minutes or less to prepare.

King Edward Soup
Super Fast Salisbury Steak
Curried Shrimp in Peanut Sauce
Kasha with Leeks and Toasted Pecans
Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Caramelized Onion and Canadian Bacon Strata
Vegetable Lasagna
Tropical Fruit Salad
Chocolate Bread
Multigrain Bread
Ham and Swiss Stromboli
Cinnamon-Beef Noodles
Stir-fried Broccoli with Oyster Sauce Steamed Salmon with Black Bean Sauce
Butterscotch-Amaretti Parfaits"
