Just got "Mexican Light" by Martha Rose Shulman as a gift and have only read the intro so far, but it looks interesting. I love Mexican food! Does anyone have any reviews on this cookbook or any others by her? I think she's written a whole bunch of regional light cookbooks, as well as "Light Basics." Just curious to know your experience....

I have 3 of her Little Vegetarian Feasts: Main-Dish Salads, Main-Dish Grains and Main-Dish Tarts and Gratins. I tend to forget about them, since they are so small (only about 5 x 8), but the things I've made were good.

I have both "Mediterranean Light" and Provencal Light". I've used both of them and enjoyed everything I've made. I don't use them very often though - don't know why. Maybe I'll have to go back and look thru them! I have so many cookbooks that some hardly get used! I'm sure I'm not alone with that problem!
