Anyone have a recipe (doesn't have to be light...) for Turtle bars? I have checked a few recipe indexes but could not find an exact match. They have a butter crust, topped with pecans, choc chips and I think they have some cream in them.

TIA~

Could you mean Hello Dollies? They're bar cookies made with pecans, chocolate chips, coconut and sweetened condensed milk. I have several recipes I would be happy to post if this is what you're looking for.

I have a recipe that sounds very much like what you are looking for;

Candy Bar Cookies

Crust:
2 cups flour
3/4 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend ingredients together until crumbly. Press mixture into ungreased 15" x 10" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 -20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Filling:
28 caramels
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
In a small saucepan melt caramels with 1/4 cup cream and butter, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup powdered sugar and pecans. Spread over crust. (Add additional cream if needed for spreading consistancy)

Glaze:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons whipping cream
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with cream and butter, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Drizzle over bars. (Chocolate chips could be melted in the microwave--this is an old recipe!)
