Susan, please give us a review after you make this. I am wondering if it is fairly easy and quick, or if it takes a while, etc. Thanks in adavance and good luck with the recipe!

I finally got around to making this last night.

It is EASY!!!

The hardest part was having one eye on the skillet with the egg, and one eye on the skillet with the chicken. But it didn't take long to make, it was easy, and I really liked it.

I have a string of recipes to make, and I rarely repeat. But this was good and easy enough that if I was feeling lazy, I'd consider doing this again.

I thought it was quite tasty, and was very pleased. I substituted green pepper for the zucchini because (can you believe this?) the grocery store was OUT of zucchini. I liked the flavor of the hoisin sauce, and the crushed red pepper flakes added a nice bite.

Very much worth the (minimal) effort. I rated it an 8 out of 10.

I finally made this last night and served the Soy Glazed Sweet Potatoes with it. First off I had some ground pork to use up so not Chicken Moo Shu.....DH and I both really liked it! Quick and easy to make and quite tasty too. I didn't quite have 1/2 cup of hoisin sauce so we made up the "burritos" and added some sweet chili garlic sauce to it. Yummmmm.....

Both will be repeaters here!:)

I made this recipe earlier this month and we thought it was very good. The only change I made was to scramble the egg instead of cooking it and cutting it into slices. Easy and Delicious!
