I have been using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray for quite some time now and have really grown to love it. Recently, I realized that it is fantastic when used to fry pieces of breaded boneless, skinless, chicken breasts. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this would be adding fat to my recipe or would it not count at all as fat. The bottle reads that there is no fat if using it as a topping or as spray. When I fry foods with it, I am using half a bottle. Any thoughts?

I THINK it is no fat for a 1 second squirt (or something like that). Is there a number in the bottle for the company? I would call them and ask your question!

I used the spray for butter substitutes in a lot of dishes and would use quite a bit and I always wondered the same thing. It makes great "fried" dishes so hopefully it doesn't add too much additional fat!
