Hi,
A friend of mine entered a contest several months ago and just found out she's one of twenty finalists out of 300 for a complete make-over. The winner will receive plastic surgery and a physical trainer.

She entered the contest as she needs a breast reduction, her back aches all the time, and she works on a computer all day (so the posture thing is really bothering her.)

Thanks to all of you for voting, my friend has made it to the top six finalalists. She's now going through an interviewing process with a team of M.D.'s and the final decision will be up to the doctors.
