A few months ago I bought Nancie McDermott's Real Vegetarian Thai Cookbook, only to realize that I really don't like coconut milk, which is an ingredient in all the curries in this book :(
However, KathrynY recently posted a recipe for Curried Black-Eyed Peas with Epplant from McDermott's The Curry Cookbook and it was delicious!! For those who have this book, can you please tell me if there are other yummy vegetarian curry recipes in this book that do not use coconut milk? I am considering purchasing the book online and I want to avoid being dissapointed.
