Last winter several were interested in the mango festival here on Pine Island in Florida. It's a month away! July 12 & 13, 2003. Check out www.MangoMainiaFl.com. There are special visiotr accommodation packages with coupons for hotel/motels, food and gifts.

OK, I have some mango questions (and no time presently to check the website). How do you know when your mangos are ripe? What's the best way to peel them, or do you eat the peel too?
