Does anyone know where I can find this? Penzey's does not list it. It apparently comes from celery and aids in digestion, but that's all I know. Thinking of trying Whole Foods but thought I would ask here first.
If you mean celery root or celeriac(sp), you may want to try a health food store, at least thats where I get it when in season. I have never heard it called angelica so I'm not sure if its the same thing.

Angelica root is mainly used as a medicinal herb -- more information can be found at www.nutritionfocus.com/nutrition_supplementation/herbs/Angelica_Root.html (http://www.nutritionfocus.com/nutrition_supplementation/herbs/Angelica_Root.html)
I would advise trying a healthfood store or herbal supplement supplier.
