I'm persisting with the plank cooking! I re-used the oak plank from last week's Argentinian Beef Tenderloin to make the tuna.

Very simple, delicious, and different. I have a tendency to overcook tuna, so by making this using indirect heat, it turned out perfect. I probably didn't use as much pepper as the recipe called for (didn't bother to measure), but it was still really good. Served it over couscous as recommended, with some steamed broccoli.

supposedly..... I ordered them from Amazon when that issue first came out, but they say they finally shipped! Thanks for the review! I hope to try most of the recipes in that section. I am especially looking forward to trying the seafood ones.

I made these last night, only with cedar planks instead of oak.

They were delicious. The orange-flavored mayonnaise was sublime, I am thinking of other ways I can use it. I actually doubled the quantity of mayo for the four steaks which seemed to work out well.
