Far Northern Suburbs Supper Club

My husband and I are both in our mid-twenties, and we just moved to Libertyville. I would love to start a supper club in this area...please post if interested.

we're definitely still interested...although to be honest, my husband isn't the chef...he's a better eater! we're basically interested in meeting new people in the area, and since i love to cook, i thought this would be a good way to start.

seems like 4 to 5 couples is about right...do you guys know anybody else who would be interested? otherwise, we could wait a bit longer for more posts...

I'm definitely interested in a supper club. We just moved from California to Lake Bluff, IL. (Very close to Libertyville) Although I'm a beginning cook, I don't mind trying and would love to meet some new people! I'm very excited about this opportunity so please keep me posted.

Sorry you've been waiting so long for a reply; the board usually sends an email to let people know that there's been a response to a thread, but that didn't work this time.

I'm definitely interested in starting a club in this area; my husband and I are from Chicago originally, but all of our friends live in the southern suburbs or city, so we're excited to meet people up north! We're 25 and 26; he's an engineer and I'm a teacher. Where in Califorina are you from?

I know one other person was interested in starting a club; maybe we should all meet for lunch or dinner to discuss ideas?

Hi Jessica. I'm so glad we were able to get in touch- one way or another. We're most recently from Redondo Beach, CA and prior to that lived in San Diego. My husband is in marketing and I'm enjoying some time off inbetween jobs.

Let's do get together. I don't know if you're back in school yet, but I'm free during the week at lunch time. My schedule is flexible so let me know what works for you. Hi, I am interested in starting a supper club. My boyfriend and I (also around your age) were looking for a supper club on the far north side of Chicago. I grew up in Grayslake and my mom lived in Libertyville so I am very familiar with the area. And wouldn't mind starting a supper club with people out that way!!! We are there more then we are in the city anyway!!!
