I was in Vegas between Xmas and New Year's. I am definitely a foodie, so I did a bunch of research before going.
I finally decided on: New Orleans Fish House, Olives, and Nobu (Hard Rock Hotel).
Results: Olives by far was the best. N.O. Fish House was the worst (I grew up in Houston, so I am very familiar with Cajun). I cancelled Nobu and decided to go to the restaurant at Paris (don't know name, it's across from their buffet restaurant). The French restaurant was very good.
Postrio in S.F. is one of my all-time favorite - I know Puck has opened one in Vegas (maybe Venetian?), but don't know if it's the same quality.
