Awesome! This recipe is from the October 2000 issue. Make ahead and heat in the oven the next day, it tastes even better after the flavors have mixed over night.
I will definatley make this dish again.

Hi Stace,
I loved that recipe too. I recently started to look through recipes from CL in 2000, & I have a growing list of ones to try that I had overlooked this last year.
