I skimmed through it today and found a lot of recipes I can't wait to try! That's good since it has to last me til the March issue comes out ... http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif I love a lot of things about January, such as the return to routine and the down-home cozy cooking (though I don't always enjoy the weather) http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
I noticed that 30 minutes or less is not there this month (or at least I didn't see it). Also, no Deborah Madison veg. column! But the new Cooking Class monthly feature on international cuisine might be interesting.

Just FYI Natasha, if you haven't found it already, 30 mins or less starts on page 116 of the jan/feb issue. I love this section because most of my weeknight dinners come from it. I don't know what I would do if they discontinued it. -Christa
