Hot Pepper Sauce

Does anyone know if Hot Sauce (it's red) is the same as Hot Pepper Sauce?

My guess is that it is the same thing since hot sauce is made from hot peppers. Is the hot pepper sauce a specific ingredient for a recipe?

The chicken francias recipe in the latest issue calls for an 1/8 tsp of hot pepper sauce. I'm going to try it tonight....it looked delicious.

look for cayenne pepper sauce... that is a red pepper sauce
