Out of the CL annual 01, for June, Im making the Spicy Ranch Chicken Wraps, for dinner tonight and to go with that, I'll be making out of the CL 5*star recipes, the Creamy Potato Salad (pg 125) and then I'll also make some cole slaw.
I have the night off work 2nite, so i get to spend time w/dh and dd, and thought Id try some CL recipes! I tasted the potato salad (just made it) and it is good! I usually make my moms recipes (not light!) and dh LOVES it, but I think he'll like this too!
Some other night this week, I'll be making theHerbed Basmati Rice for the CL 5*star recipes too! (pg 177). From the editors review, i'll have to try it! lol. I went and found Brown Basmati rice last night, hope it's the same, it doesnt give a picture of the finished dish in the book.
I'll let you know who the recipes are!
