I can't believe there isn't a review of this one - I did a search and found nothing. I made this last night and I will be making this again. :D We both loved it (my kids wouldn't try it). The relish was delicious - it serves 6 ? yeah right! :o ;) I couldn't get enough of the peach/grapefruit combo - delicious! I served it with a rice pilaf - and some Savignon Blanc. It made for a very light tasting, but satisfying dinner. Easy and fast too!

Thanks for the review. The mahimahi is in the refrigerator defrosting for tonight as I write!

Ralph, I hope you like it as much as we did! Mahimahi always reminds me of Hawaii :D:D:D:

I have this one marked to try. I made the grilled halibut with mango salsa last night and loved it. This recipe seems similar. I'm glad you liked it, and I can't wait to make it!

Delicious! Again, the fish is merely seasoned w/salt & pepper, then grilled. Most of the flavor comes from the relish. Unfortunately, the peaches could have been riper. Just served it over some couscous.

Would it be killing the recipe to use canned peaches and grapefruit sections :o :p

Probably not, but I've become somewhat of a snob:o lately when it comes to canned foods!

Glad you enjoyed it as well, Ralph. My peaches were perfectly ripe - but that's only because I hid a couple from DH a few days before ;) (otherwise I would have been using the hard ones).

Wallycat - I wouldn't use canned peaches - I think they would be too soft. Maybe frozen with be a better choice - not sure. Just buy some hard peaches a couple of days before you plan on making the recipe so that they can ripen.

Yum! We really liked this. I just couldn't see grilling these naked, so I sprinkled them with Penzeys Soutwest seasoning. Thr DH made a pig of himself.

A great big ditto to all the positive comments! We loved the peach and pink grapefruit combo and it was great with the fish. I bet this would also be great with chicken. I seasoned the fish with the salt and pepper and also some paprika and cayenne. A great dinner.

We made this dish in our supper club tonight. It was delicious! It wasn't difficult to prepare and everyone liked it! I will try it on my family!

I really need to make this again - bumping this one up as a reminder to take some Mahi-Mahi out of the freezer for tomorrow. :)
