More question on CL complete

Please don't kill me for bringing up a thread about this book again. But, I was going thru it today, and a few recipes caught my eye. I tried searching for them, but had no luck:( Has anyone tried the Four Corn Pudding? the Cheesy Rice-and-Bean Strata? Thanks everyone:)

Sorry, I haven't made either one, but they sound good! I have had only good luck with the recipes from that book, so I think you should try them and report back! :D

I haven't tried those recipes either. But I have made the Easy Corn Pudding on p. 491 and it is very good. Reminds me of the corn side dish they serve at Chevy's Restaurant.

I do not have the book and would love it!!! I was looking at half.com and they have so many CL books. What is on the cover and is it called exactly CL Complete? What year is it? I want to make sure I get the right one!!

It is called The Complete Cooking Light Cookbook and there is a picture of Blueberry Pound Cake on the front. The background is a violet-blue. Excellent Cookbook!!
