Tomato Dash

Has anyone ever heard of tomato dash? I bought some from an Italian grocery store, but now I don't know what to do with it. I think it's finely ground sun-dried tomatoes.

There was a thread on sun dried tomato sprinkles or a thread for a recipe that called for them. If you run a search from those words on the upper right hand search button of the bulletin board you might be able to find some recipes using them. Happy looking!

I was in Cost Plus yesterday and noticed that they had sun dried tomato bits. Used to buy them at Trader Joe's too. I'm not familiar with the Tomato Dash name though.

I buy the Trader Joe's version and use them in egg dishes, soups, sauces, etc. Love them!
