I am back. I read that Kim (Buffygirl) and Sue have had good luck so far.

Im starting tomorrow:)

I'm in. I've been following the diet "loosely" (based on information from the link provided in the last SBD thread) and intend to start full-throttle as soon as my book arrives from amazon. :)

If its going to be strictly SBD...possibly. If you are open to low-carb in general, count me in :)
