I am late getting this posted. I was supposed to do it for some one last night. I beg their forgiveness. This is a keeper! What do the men folk like most with their red meat? Any type of gravy and egg noodles. This is true in my house. It wasn't so spicy that the little guys wouldn't eat it. What I especially like is that I used flank steak instead of sirloin. Any steak I cook is generally flank and I marinate it. Now I have an easy alternative! I also served asparagus and did the lemon bars for dessert. Wonderful.

Thanks for the review Isdesign. I got my new issue yesterday and thought that the recipe looked good. There is a good deal on London Broil going on at the store so I think I will try it with that.
