Not getting PM notifications

I've gotten a couple of PM's today and have not received any email notification for them. I haven't changed anything in my user CP screen.

I received a PM yesterday and got an email notification, so it seems that this is just today.

I've turned off e-mail notification for PM's, since they either come in 6 hours after the fact, or not even at all. It's annoying to get the PM before you get the e-mail note - and then the inbox is full of PM notification notes - for PM's that are long gone.

Jennifer - any fix for this?

I've never had email notification on because I'm terrible about remembering to check that email account. Then I end up with tons of trash email.

I've just gotten myself in the habit of checking the PM information at the bottom of the page everytime I visit.

Well, my PM notification seems to be working now. I normally check my email before coming here, and in the last couple of days I have gotten the notification at the same time as the PM.
