The June, 2003 issue of Sunset magazine contained a feature with a number of cake recipes. Their website currently contains high altitude adjustments for these cakes, as well as the recipes.

Once you are in, click on "foolproof variations" under "Celebration Cakes."

(Cooking Light editors-- Are you listening? High altitude adjustments for cakes would be great for your magazine as well! Aren't Cooking Light and Sunset owned by the same company? Since they apparently already have the capacity to test recipes at altitude, might you be able to contract with them to adjust your recipes which need it for high places?)
