How much does 1 1/2 cups uncooked couscous yield once cooked?

Not sure, but if it is like rice it would be 3 cups.

Have this info (if it's not too late!):

Couscous, uncooked, 1 cup =7 oz uncooked = 2 1/2 to 3 cups cooked

So...1 1/2cups uncooked would yield 3 3/4 - 4 1/2 cups cooked
