Lexington KY Supper Club???

I would be very interested in starting a supper club in the Lexington area, with an emphasis on Cooking Light type foods and exploring a wide variety of ethnic cuisines and fun wines. Anyone else interested?

I am starting a new dinner club in Lexington, Kentucky. This is similar to a supper club only monthly meetings are held at various restaurants in the area.
