Roasted Chicken with wild rice soup

I tried the Roasted chicken with wild rice soup and it is wonderful. I recommend it highly. It was easy to make and made wonderful left overs! Try it with some hot sauce....DELICIOUS!!!

I tried this too and liked it. Do you think this would freeze well? I also tried the chicken soup that had coconut and banana in it (Sopy y Da Nizi?? - don't have issue handy) and liked it too. I sub'd plantain for the banana, added some sherry, but used half the cayenne called for. Still plenty of kick.

BetsyF...My husband and I were wondering if the soup would freeze also...We were unsure if it would do well because of the milk...but I'm new to all of this cooking stuff so I may not be the one to ask....It did do quite nicely in the refrigerator for 3 days...
