Cooking Light Makeover Contest!

Cooking Light is having a contest! It's called "I lost weight the COoking Light way," and the person with the most compelling story about how CL changed the way they approached food and diet wins a bunch of cool stuff! So many folks on these boards could qualify... wouldn't it be cool if someone we "knew" won??

I was thinking of entering, but I doubt I'd win. I don't follow their exercise plan and that was one of the things they mentioned. Also, I cook from CL a few times a week, but certainly not exclusively. And I don't really have any before and after pictures.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone we "know" wins only because there's so much support on the BB for weight loss and exercise. Should be fun to see the results!

I wish they had the makeover option when they were looking for stories for their book!!! :D :D I doubt I would get lucky twice.

I'd find it hard to believe that anybody would have used CL recipes exclusively and the exercises in the magazines exclusively for weight loss.
