I would be interested in this thread too. I made this a couple of months ago and felt like I had to bake it for way too long. I was bringing it with me to visit a family for the weekend. They all thought it was great. But I had had it a a supper club and knew it coould be better. I too was judging it by the jiggliness (sp?) of the center. I love the taste of the lemoon and wouold love to make it again for my Father. Pls forward thread.
