Boy what was that good. For those who are planning to make it. Make the creamy two cheese gratin from the annual 2000 on page 70. I got raves from everyone.

We loved it here, too. Leftovers are good on a sub roll with some sauteed mushrooms, provolone cheese, and a little bit of sauce. Yum!
