Inbox Full

For some reason, I keep getting notifications that my inbox is full. I've cleared out all the sent messages, all the inbox messages, and cleared the message tracking. Any clue what could be going on?

ana, have you set the "show messages from" control to "the beginning?" It is on the left side of the page across from the "jump to folder" setting. You need to set it to "from the beginning" for each page you want to clear out (ie inbox, sent messages etc)

I just took your advice and the problem is fixed! Thanks!

What I would do is go back 10 days or 30 days, see that nothing was there, and think that the box was clean. When I selected "from the beginning" (which I didn't even notice was there) I found a bunch of undeleted items.
