We are on Day 2 1/2 (started Saturday night). I think I made too much today for our breakfast and lunch. I was not hungry at all today and I am usually starving by the time I get home from work. This just seem strange to me.

Here is what we had:

2 hard boil eggs for breakfast (I had Starbucks chai with nonfat milk)
celery and peanut butter for morning snack
turkey and cheese rolls with salad ( I was not hungry enough to eat all my lunch)
peanuts for afternoon snack
We ate dinner late but we had chicken and green beans w/ almonds.

Are green beans ok???

Is it ok that I was not hungry at all today? I do not think by boyfriend was. I am thinking about only giving us one hard boil egg in the morning tomorrow. I am not sure. Any advice??

Thanks,

Lauren

That's one of the keys to low-carb diets, the protein takes longer to digest so you don't get hungry as quickly. It's important to eat the six meals though as this keeps your metabolism working (eating and exercising are the only ways to boost your metabolism).
Green beans are fine!

I don't think you can have milk the 1st two weeks (responding to the chai tea part), other than a little bit to lighten your coffee. The rest of your menu sounds fine to me!
