Overall Rating: 8 out of 10. This is one of our favorite things to order at a Chinese Restaurant so I was excited to try the Cooking Light version. The flavor was good, though we agreed that there was too much ginger (2 tablespoons). Next time I would probably cut it down to 1 tablespoon, but that is just our personal taste. We thought the taste was fairly authentic.

I must add that this recipe was quite labor intensive for a weeknight after work. It took me an hour from start to finish. I whimped out on making the Mandarin Pancakes and used flour tortillas instead. Otherwise it would have been just too much work. Don't have that kind of time to spend in the kitchen during the week!

If you like Moo Shu Pork, I think you will like this recipe. Just watch out for that ginger!! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/eek.gif It was almost overpowering.

Peggy- thanks for the review! I'll leave it for a weekend, though. Moo Shoo Pork is my favorite Chinese dish, and I was excited to see it could be low fat!
