Yesterday at lunchtime, I put some beef kebob pieces in a soy-based marinade for dinner. My husband's schedule changed, and by the time he got home, it was late and we just did carry-out. Still have the beef in the marinade - do you think the kebobs will still be OK for tonight? (I'm not worried about the meat spoiling as I had just bought it - just am not sure about leaving it in the marinade for that long.) The recipe says to "marinate overnight," but this will have been a longer time than that.

They will be fine. I often marinate beef for two days.
