Any one out there own this book? I saw it in a catalogue I received over the weekend and it has piqued my curiosity.

I borrowed this from the library, and copied a few recipes, though I have yet to make any of them. Most are simple vegetarian soups, by that I mean vegetable, not alot of beans or grains.

Excellent book! Lots of great ideas for wholesome, filling soups (yes, most are vegetarian). I've had this book on my wishlist for some time now, though it keeps getting pushed back by ethnic cookbooks (which are my current passion).

Definitely borrow the book from the library and try a few recipes -- I don't think you'll be disappointed.
