Hi, I am new to CL community. I love the magazine and use a lot of the recipes. A friend gave me all her old magazines and what a treat that was. She has no idea what she is missing.. Anyway my question is about freezing peaches. I've never read any articles on this subject but would like a good recipe for freezing peaches. I did this years and years ago and don't remember how I did it. Thanks for helping!

Welcome to the boards. I don't know anything about freezing peaches (would you do anything other than peel and slice them?), but wanted to suggest that you post this question on the Great Food board. You might get more response over there.

Where is the great food board?? I know that we used orange juice in the recipe, and I know we scrunched up wax paper at the top of the freezer container so peaches stayed covered by the liquid and didn't turn brown.

Look towards the top of the screen. You will see a line that says "Cooking Light Community>Healthy Living>Healthy Living>freezing". Click on the part that says "Cooking Light Community." It will take you to the main BB page that lists all of the boards (Great Food, Healthy Living, Other Stuff, Supper Clubs, etc.). Click on the Great Food link to open the food board, then post a new thread over there. Hope that makes sense.
