Has anyone tried the Garlic Genus by Mouli? It seems like a great gadget if it actually works - I don't like to use a garlic press and I'm tired of my hands stinking the rest of the evening.

here's a link from Tavolo for the gadget. I first saw the gadget on the FoodTV website in their gadget

Looks really cool but I think it would be a pain to clean!

Dana,

Have you had any luck wiping your fingers on something stainless steel (like a knife handle or faucet) and rinsing under running water? Supposedly there's some sort of chemical reaction there which kills the odor.

PS You probably won't want to ever shake hands with me. I like the smell! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif
