Mastercook question

Okay, I have 7.0 and I wanted to include a recipe that I've entered into a cookbook here in a posting...how do I do it???

I'm not sure how different 7 is from version 6.
There's a "copy recipe" selection...then you come back to your cookinglight post and simply paste ...it looks all uneven and messy, but once you hit submit, it lines up nicely.

Version 7 is not any different in this aspect, so wallycat has you on the right track. :)

to be more specific...

open up the recipe in mastercook. go up to edit and select "copy recipe." then, as wallycat said, come to the BB and paste it in your post.

Thanks...it worked perfectly. I just posted the recipe (braised cauliflower with asian flavors).
