Recipe chain letter?

My stepmother sent me a recipe chain letter. You send the first person on the list a recipe, then mail the letter to six friends. I usually ignore chains but this one sounded like it had some possibilities.

If anyone wants to receive the letter, please PM me and I will send it to the first six.

Now, which fabulous recipe do I send....???
