Logging On Problem

I am a magazine subscriber. When I try to log on after I complete the subscription information screen; ie name, address, city, state, and zipcode.

I consistently get an error message that says you must fill in the name of the state when that information has already been entered.

This is quite frustrating!!!

Hi. Thanks! I heard the same thing from another user and passed it along to the 'access' folks. I need to check back with them. I haven't heard of anyone having problems with using their account number or newstand code, so that's an option (August is barbecue).
