Thanks to you both for supplying two great recipes. For my husbands birthday celebration we had Chicken soulvaki that Lorilei had supplied and the Orzo, Spinach, and Feta recipe that Meg O'c had posted with Pita bread, steamed veggies and greek salad. The meal was a terrific success and we were all impressed by how good everything was.

Thanks for answering my requests, both of your recipes were dynamite!!
