Far from being a bread expert but I have made cinnamon rolls the night before and then baked in the morning (after all, no one in my family wants me up that early!). I would be adverturous and let them sit the 45 minutes after taking out of the fridge and then bake as directed.
Maybe someone else will see this and have better advice!

This is my first time trying tis...I'm not sure if tese questions are only read by readers or if CL ever sees them, but I'm sure someone out there will know the answer. In this month's mag, pg. 130, there is a delectalbe looking recipe for Orange Bubble-Bread that I would love to try. However, I would like to eat it for breakfast without waking up at 4am to start it! Can I refrigerate the dough after it comes out of the machine until I'm ready to use it? What about after it's in the pan, but before it sits for 45 min., then bakes for 35?? Will the cold ruin it? If I can, how long would I have to let it sit before I start counting the 45min? It just seems this would take all day, and who wants orange bread for dinner?! See, this is why I just always buy the yummy-not-so-good-for-you orange rolls in the pop can and bake them in 12 min! I'd really like to be brave - are there any expert bread people out there?

Thanks Sneezles - I might try that! I just hate doing work that might have to be thrown out - it's depressing! Perhaps I'll have my pop can on hand just in case!

Anna-rina,

I'm probably too late for you, but I was avoiding the BB until I had my magazine :-)

Yes you can do it the night before with good results. I'd make the dough and shape it. Cover it with plastic wrap so it doesn't dry at and stick it in the fridge. The next morning take it out and let it warm to room temp (about an hour) - if you're in a hurry you could warm your oven to the lowest setting and turn it off and put the dough in there. You just need to warm it up to room temp - no additional rising time is needed as it will have continued to rise slowly in the fridge overnight.

This looks really good, let us know how it came out.
