Thanks for the "heads-up"...I almost missed it, as I thought it came on at 9PM, not 8PM...just turned it on during the last 10 minutes, but it was the last segment...

I was actually quite impressed with the Dr.
As I'm almost done with the book, this just may have convinced me to dive into Phase I really soon...

I missed it too! But just read the book. Anyone starting Phase 1 anytime soon? I plan on starting Sunday I have to restock my kitchen. Anyone looking to start together?:D
