View Full Version : Freezing coconut milk?
Does anyone know if you can freeze coconut milk? I have some leftover and thought of trying to freeze it in an ice cube tray. Thanks!

LSB - I just took some coconut milk out of the freezer a couple of days ago and it seemed just fine. I had stored it in a rubbermaid container and it had been in there for quite a while (at least a couple of months). I say go for it!
Thanks - I'll give it a try!

Yes coconut milk can be frozen. In some areas they sell coconut milk in the freezer section
