Charlotte NC supper club to form

I would love to join or to help form a supper club in the Charlotte, NC area. Any age...preferable singles, male or female, meet on a week night... more interested in lower calorie foods with less meat ingredients....Is that too specific? I am open to ideas.... Hope to hear from you!!!
