Has anyone tried the Creamy Parmeasan Pasta with Turkey Meatballs page 124 April 2000 Cooking Light? I would like to know if I could use yogurt or 2% milk instead of heavy cream.

You can substitute heavy cream for evaporated skim milk (1 cup for 1 cup)
