Will Mac and cheese freeze ok?

I made the 4 Cheese Mac and cheese a few days ago and wonder if I can freeze the leftovers. Somehow I think that this will affect the consistancy but I need confirmation on that.

I would think that you should be able to still freeze the mac and cheese. Afterall, they have mac and cheese in the frozen food aisle and its texture and taste is just fine.

I freeze it all the time as I always seem to make too much. Have frozen both the standard recipes and low fat ones (using cottage cheese/ lo fat shredded cheeses).

I'm sure it'll freeze fine. If the consistency seems a little weird when you warm it up again, I'd just add a little milk to smooth it out.
