I am interested in starting a supper club in the Raleigh area-couples , singles, families. I am eclectic in my choice of foods, the more variety the better.

My wife and I would be quite interested. We just moved to the area and are looking for something fun to do. We like ecclectic kinds of food as well, except seafood, or lots of meat.
Look forward to getting this started,
Liam & Holli

I am very interested in a Supper Club here in the Triangle. I love almost all types of food and think a variety of people would make it even more fun! Let me know how/when you want to start!

I am new to the area and have wanted to do a supper club for a while, so this is perfect timing. My boyfriend and I both love to cook and eat a wide variety of foods (although no red meat for me). We look forward to meeting everyone and getting this started.

My husband and I would be interested in a supper club here in the area, too. We've lived here a while, but I love to cook and we love to eat! :) We enjoy tasting wines, as well. So count us in!

I would be interested. I love to cook, and cooking for one is not as much fun as cooking for a crowd! I read my Cooking Light Magazine from cover to cover the day it arrives.
I would definately be interested in starting/participating in a supper club in the RDU area. Love to cook, love to entertain. Let me know when things get started or if I can do anything to help. Thanks! Betsy

Does anyone have any ideas about how we should get it started? What about a cookout or meeting out for dinner somewhere? Just a couple suggestions.

Well, looking at where everyone is, it looks like most people are in raleigh/cary/apex. Maybe we should pick somewhere in raleigh to meet at first, a restaurant or something to get to know each other and figure out what the next step is?

I think meeting out at a restaurant would be a really good idea too. Does anybody have any good suggestions of places or when we should do it?

I would be interested. Meeting at a restaurant sounds like a good idea. I have been in a supper club in the past, but we had a small group and it fizzled out.

We were just wondering if y'all had already begun the supper club or if you needed someone to organize it? We are willing to organize it or just get things started; if you have already begun we would love to join in or possibly start another. -Mike and Katie

We would also be interested in joining! I like the idea of meeting at a restaurant. So many people seem interested that it might be a good idea to all meet at a restaurant and then split up by area. Please let us know if you need any help organizing.

So when would be a good time to meet for most people? Is everyone wanting to get together during the weekend, or during the week? How about next Saturday or Sunday night? What restaurants do you like?
