Do you get the same amount of fibre from a vegetable or fruit if it is in a different form? For example, if I made a cauliflower soup and pureed the cauliflower, would I still get the same fibre benefits? TIA

I think so as long as you used the entire fruit or vegetable that you would eat whole. Obviously the juice from an orange has different fiber than if you eat the orange, but if you pureed the whole orange why wouldn't it?
Anybody REALLY know the answer?

I agree that it should be close to the same fiber content.

I'm working with a nutritionist on my diet and she wants me eating a lot of fiber. The info above is right - as long as you put the whole thing in, including skin if applicable, it will be the same amount of fiber.
