I usually use the Firm videos for my cardio and weight training and while I really like doing them (I've ordered 6 more) I guess I'm feeling like I've gotten into a rut.
I saw some info on the T-TAPP System on another board and visited the website (http://www.t-tapp.com) and have to say that the testimonials are very impressive! So I am curious if anyone here has heard or used these videos and your opinions. TIA!
